New Pay Periods Screen
Use this screen to create pay periods using criteria you select in this screen.
Description of fields on the screen
| Field Label | Description | 
|---|---|
| Location | This option is viewable if there are more than one location. Use the droplist to select the location. | 
| Every week | Select this option where the pay periods are weekly. | 
| Every two weeks | Select this option where the pay periods are every two weeks. | 
| Twice monthly | Select this option where the pay periods are twice a month. | 
| Monthly | Select this option where the pay periods are monthly. | 
| (day of week list options) | Select the weekday the pay period begins. | 
| Start Date | Enter the start date for the beginning pay period. Optionally, select the calendar icon and choose the date. | 
| End Date | Enter the end date for the ending pay period. Optionally, select the calendar icon and choose the date. Selecting this option disables the Occurrences field. | 
| Occurrences | Enter a value in this field for the number of pay periods to create. Selecting this option disables the End Date field. | 
| Preview | This pane opens when you have entered a start and either an end date or the number of occurrences. Changing any on the criteria updates the preview results. | 
| OK | Select this button to save the information and close the screen. | 
| Cancel | Select this button to close the screen without saving. |
